ScoreMind.AI is a statistical analysis and entertainment application. It is NOT a betting, gambling, or wagering platform. We do not accept wagers, hold funds, facilitate gambling activity, or promote betting of any kind. All content within the application is presented for informational and entertainment purposes only.

1. About the Service

ScoreMind.AI ("ScoreMind", "we", "our", "us") provides statistical analysis, mathematical predictions, and AI-generated insights for football matches across 140+ competitions worldwide. The service is offered through our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and our website at scoremind.ai. The service is operated by Datanaat.

Nature of the Service. ScoreMind.AI is a data-driven sports analytics application designed for football fans and statistics enthusiasts who want to understand the game more deeply through historical data, mathematical models, and AI-powered insights. The app and its AI assistant (ScoreBot) provide statistical probabilities, historical trends, and contextual analysis. ScoreMind.AI is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering service.

2. No Real-Money Wagering, No Gambling Promotion

ScoreMind.AI does not:

Accept, process, or facilitate any form of monetary wager or bet.
Collect, hold, or transmit funds for the purpose of gambling.
Link to gambling operators, sportsbooks, or wagering platforms.
Display real-time betting odds sourced from sportsbooks.
Recommend bet amounts, stake sizes, or wagering strategies.
Promote, endorse, or advertise any specific gambling operator or betting service.

All predictions, percentages, statistics, confidence ratings, and analyses provided by ScoreMind and ScoreBot are based on mathematical models and publicly available historical data. They are presented for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users should not interpret any content within the application as gambling advice, betting tips, or recommendations to wager money.

3. Virtual Coins

The app contains a virtual currency called "coins" that users earn through activity (logins, daily streaks, predictions, etc.). Coins:

Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or any tangible goods.
Cannot be purchased with real money.
Are non-transferable between accounts.
Are forfeited if your account is deleted.

4. Subscriptions

ScoreMind.AI offers paid subscription tiers (Plus, Premium) with additional features. Subscriptions:

Are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
Auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can be cancelled at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Are not refundable for partially-used periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

5. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 17 years of age to use ScoreMind.AI. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the service complies with all applicable local laws.

This age restriction reflects the nature of the statistical analysis content within the app and is consistent with the app's rating in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

6. Statistical Analysis, Not Betting Advice

All predictions, probabilities, confidence ratings, picks, trends, and statistical commentary in the app and on our website are data-driven mathematical analysis, NOT betting advice or gambling recommendations.

Specifically:

Confidence ratings (Low, Medium, High, Very High) reflect statistical certainty based on historical data, NOT recommendations to bet.
Probability percentages represent mathematical likelihood, NOT odds offered by any sportsbook.
ScoreBot's responses are AI-generated statistical insights for entertainment, NOT betting tips.

We make no guarantee that any prediction will be correct. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information shown in our app, including any decisions to engage with third-party platforms outside ScoreMind.AI. ScoreMind.AI, Datanaat, and our operators are not responsible for any financial loss, damage, or consequence resulting from such decisions.

7. Data Accuracy

Match data (fixtures, scores, lineups, statistics) is provided by third-party data feeds. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. The service is provided "as-is" and "as available".

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our app.
Use the service to harass, defame, or harm other users.
Submit picks, predictions, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes gambling or betting services.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service without our written permission.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or feature gates.
Use ScoreMind.AI or its content to operate, promote, or facilitate any gambling, betting, or wagering service.

9. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliations

ScoreMind.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, AFC, CAF, OFC, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, MLS, or any other football governing body, league, or competition organizer.

All team names, league names, player names, tournament references, and country flags used in the application are descriptive and refer to publicly available statistical information about real-world football competitions. Any trademarks, logos, or registered marks mentioned in the application or its metadata belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes under fair use principles.

ScoreMind.AI does not claim any ownership over, or affiliation with, third-party trademarks, and does not use any official logos, mascots, or proprietary branding of any football governing body or competition organizer.

10. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, design, code, and the ScoreMind.AI prediction model are the property of Datanaat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any part of the service without written permission. Match data feeds remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if your use of the service creates risk for us or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings → Delete Account screen.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
