Los planes, precios, periodos y funciones incluidos se muestran antes de comprar. En iOS se aplica el EULA estándar de Apple; estos términos no lo sustituyen. Los Hot Picks oficiales y sus análisis concedidos son gratuitos. Premium añade análisis restringidos, Live y ScoreBot, con cinco mensajes diarios y reinicio a las 00:00 UTC, además de saldo o cortesías válidas. Los paquetes añaden mensajes; no incluyen Premium.

ScoreMind.AI is an AI-powered sports predictions and football analytics application. All content within the application is presented for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

1. About the Service

ScoreMind.AI ("ScoreMind", "we", "our", "us") provides statistical analysis, mathematical predictions, and AI-generated insights for football matches across the competitions available in the app. The service is offered through our mobile applications (iOS and Android) and our website at scoremind.ai. The service is operated by Datanaat.

Nature of the Service. ScoreMind.AI is a data-driven sports analytics application designed for football fans and statistics enthusiasts who want to understand the game more deeply through historical data, mathematical models, and AI-powered insights. The app and its AI assistant (ScoreBot) provide statistical probabilities, historical trends, and contextual analysis.

2. Strictly Informational Use

ScoreMind.AI does not:

Accept, process, or facilitate any monetary transaction tied to match outcomes.
Hold or transmit user funds related to match predictions or results.
Provide financial advice or recommendations related to monetary outcomes.

All predictions, percentages, statistics, confidence ratings, and analyses provided by ScoreMind and ScoreBot are based on mathematical models and publicly available historical data. They are presented for informational and entertainment purposes only. Users should not interpret any content within the application as financial advice or recommendations related to monetary outcomes.

3. Virtual Coins

Where available in your app version, virtual activity points or "coins" are separate from purchased ScoreBot message credits. Activity points:

Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or any tangible goods.
Cannot be purchased with real money.
Are non-transferable between accounts.
Are forfeited if your account is deleted.

4. Subscriptions

ScoreMind.AI offers optional paid subscriptions and ScoreBot message packs. The available plan, price, billing period and included features are shown before purchase in your app and store. Subscriptions:

Are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
Auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Can be cancelled at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Are not refundable for partially-used periods, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

Official Hot Picks and their granted analysis are free. Premium adds restricted analysis, Live and ScoreBot. Premium includes five daily ScoreBot messages with a 00:00 UTC reset, plus any valid message balance or complimentary access. Message packs add message balance and do not include Premium. Coverage and feature availability vary by competition, platform and app version.

For the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA) applies. These service terms describe ScoreMind's features and conditions; they do not replace Apple's EULA.

5. Eligibility and Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ScoreMind.AI. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the service complies with all applicable local laws.

The service eligibility requirement above is separate from each store's regional content rating. A store rating does not override these terms.

6. Statistical Analysis — Informational Use Only

All predictions, probabilities, confidence ratings, trends, and statistical commentary in the app and on our website are data-driven mathematical analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Specifically:

Confidence ratings (Low, Medium, High, Very High) summarize model confidence based on available historical data; they do not establish certainty.
Probability percentages represent mathematical likelihood derived from our prediction model.
ScoreBot's responses are AI-generated statistical insights for entertainment and informational use.

We make no guarantee that any prediction will be correct. Football outcomes are inherently uncertain. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information shown in our app, including any decisions to engage with third-party platforms outside ScoreMind.AI. ScoreMind.AI, Datanaat, and our operators are not responsible for any financial loss, damage, or consequence resulting from such decisions.

7. Data Accuracy

Match data (fixtures, scores, lineups, statistics) is provided by third-party data feeds. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. The service is provided "as-is" and "as available". Football fixtures, results and statistics are supplied by API-Football (API-SPORTS).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our app.
Use the service to harass, defame, or harm other users.
Submit predictions or content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes illegal financial services.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service without our written permission.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or feature gates.
Use ScoreMind.AI or its content to operate, promote, or facilitate any illegal financial service.

9. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliations

ScoreMind.AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, UEFA, CONMEBOL, CONCACAF, AFC, CAF, OFC, the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, MLS, or any other football governing body, league, or competition organizer.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos and images belong to their respective owners. References identify the relevant teams, players and competitions; they do not imply an official partnership or endorsement. Third-party visual content may be provided through sports data feeds. Access to a data feed does not itself establish permission to use every third-party asset commercially.

ScoreMind does not claim ownership of third-party assets. Nothing in these terms grants a licence to third-party content or represents that a rights holder has approved ScoreMind. If you are a rights holder with a concern, contact info@datanaat.com with the asset, its location and evidence of your rights so we can investigate.

10. Intellectual Property

ScoreMind's original branding, design, code and prediction model are the property of Datanaat. Third-party content remains the property of its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any part of the service without written permission. Match data feeds remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or if your use of the service creates risk for us or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app Settings → Delete Account screen.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
